Plot summary
Gregory, who goes by Joe, works at a fast-food restaurant. His boss, Mr. Crolick, torments and humiliates him, and Joe is at the end of his mental tether. Crolick decides Joe is inept and fires him. Joe hatches a plan of deadly revenge and returns to the restaurant, where he catches the eye of Stefanie, a patron there, and misinterprets the encounter.
