Plot summary
Frank's girlfriend is pregnant, and he is set on proving to her that he can be a father. He takes her 12-year-old nephew Bo along, without asking her, on a canoe trip that had already been planned. The boy is in his care for the outing, and his friend Casper is coming too. Both men feel the weight of the obligation they are under, but they look forward to ending the trip at the Skanderborg Festival, where there is drinking and women for the two of them. Bo is twelve, and the weekend ahead of him holds little that a child should see.
