Plot summary
An accident at a tanning salon left Valerie burned years before. Rhonda Johnson now owns a fitness club in Los Angeles, and she scolds her employee Jaimy for missing an aerobics class that Jaimy was meant to lead. A figure armed with a large safety pin attacks Rachael, a client, in the women's locker room. While shutting the club, Jaimy finds Rachael's body stuffed into a locker and a blood-soaked knitting needle inside the locker of Diane Matthews. Detective Morgan takes the murder case and interviews Rhonda and Jaimy. The next day Rhonda's senior managing partner hires Chuck, whose brawl with a patron, Jimmy, impresses Debbie, Jimmy's ex-girlfriend.
