Plot summary
The neighbor seems friendly when Jessica and her fiancé Evan arrive from the city at their house on a quiet suburban street. Simon tells Jessica something that does not add up, and she cannot set her doubts aside. Simon then draws her inside his home and holds her in a hidden bunker, which he has furnished in the manner of an idealized 1950s home.
