Plot summary
Kenny Smyth speaks straight to camera about his daily life and his trade, hauling portable toilets for a Melbourne rental company to festivals, church socials and major public events. He interviews potential clients and asks what food and drink will be served, since that determines the level of service he provides. Even the most glamorous events on his schedule need portable toilets, and Kenny is not ashamed of the work even though some people, his own family among them, disparage it, and he regards himself as a professional. Family life is tense: his ex-wife is obstructive when he takes his son Jesse to visit, and his father is bitter.
