Plot summary
Cal is seventeen and uses a wheelchair, and he chafes at how little say he has in the hand he has been dealt. Kelly spent her earlier years playing punk rock and is now a housewife in the suburbs, thinking about the life she gave up and unsure that the one around her fits. They strike up an unlikely friendship that gives both of them something their days have been missing.
