Plot summary
Ibrahim "Ibo" Secmez, a Turkish-German man in Hamburg, dreams of shooting Germany's first kung fu feature, though his paying work is advertising spots for the kebab restaurant his uncle Ahmet runs. His German girlfriend, Titzi, is an acting student who is chasing roles at a drama academy, and she tells him she is expecting a child. Ibo is unsure whether he wants to be a father, and his father turns against him for planning a family with a German woman, so Titzi tells him to leave. Across the street, a Greek taverna competes with the kebab shop.
