Plot summary
Room 308 of the Hotel Quickie is the scene of repeated attacks on male guests. Detective Luigi Mackeroni of the NYPD takes the case and works the hotel. In the lobby he meets Billy, a gigolo, and invites him up to the room where the attacks happened. A living condom with teeth breaks in on the two men and removes Mackeroni's right testicle before escaping. It came from the hotel's own supply, handed out to guests as a courtesy. The department holds Billy responsible for the injury, and no one accepts Mackeroni's account. Mackeroni continues the investigation alone while he works out his feelings for Billy.
