Plot summary
Superman is hurt fighting the android Amazo, and Bruce Wayne tends his injuries. The fight is one of the moments Barry Allen keeps revisiting from his own life. Barry proposes a team of Clark, Bruce, Oliver Queen, the fashion model Mari McCabe and the Martian detective J'onn J'onzz. Amazo turns up when the Justice League's headquarters are unveiled, altered by Lex Luthor so that it kills anyone who is not human, and the heroes cannot beat it because it drains their powers. A mysterious man sends Barry to Earth-Three, where the Crime Syndicate, that world's tyrannical doubles of the Justice League, hears from him that the Multiverse exists. As antimatter threatens the universes, Harbinger brings Barry and other heroes to a space station called the Satellite, where Mar Novu, a Monitor, asks them to save the multiverse.
