Jeff Dunham: Spark of Insanity (2007) on Netflix

Plot summary

A ventriloquist performs a stage show with the puppets he voices. Walter is a grumpy Vietnam war veteran who dislikes his wife and points out his operator's faults. Achmed the Dead Terrorist is a suicide bomber whose bomb went off seconds after he set it; he died there, and now demands silence and threatens to kill the audience. Melvin the Superhero Guy can fly and claims X-ray vision that does not work on silicone, and his greatest enemy is Pinocchio. Peanut, a purple woozle, mocks José Jalapeño on a Stick, a jalapeño pepper in a giant sombrero who speaks in a stressed Latin accent. Achmed is new to the show, as is this version of Melvin.
