Plot summary
The Conley family trade is opioids, and since their father died it has been the only means of survival for Kip and Josie and their younger brother, Boots. The business is the family's legacy. Josie manages it with an iron fist. Kip, a war veteran, believes the illegal work is turning the three of them into outsiders in their small community, and he wants Boots kept away from it. After a deal goes wrong, Kip decides that he wants out of the business for good. Boots, however, is already making plans of his own, and Kip's attempt to leave the family legacy behind endangers all three of them.
