Plot summary
Milo is an aging Serbian drug lord who has been clean for five days and goes to Narcotics Anonymous meetings. He tells the group that the stress of cooking for his daughter Milena's 25th birthday party could push him back to using. With his henchman Branko he picks up a delivery he ordered as heroin, but the shipment holds 10,000 ecstasy pills. His Albanian supplier Luan agrees to send replacement heroin and lets Milo try to sell the pills as well. Milo knows nothing about ecstasy, so he needs the young dealer Muhammed to set up a buyer. Milo does the cooking in the kitchen of his club.
