Hover (2018) on Netflix

Plot summary

Technology has become the narrow path forward in a world where environmental havoc has brought food shortages. Agricultural drones are counted on to draw the most from the land that remains, while sentinel drones protect the government's organized crop system. Claudia works as a compassionate care provider, and John, her mentor, does the same work. The two of them visit farmland inhabitants whose health is failing and help them end their lives. When John dies in circumstances that are left unexplained, a group of locals stands with Claudia while she looks into what is making her clients sick and the technology they have come to depend on.
