Plot summary
Mary Murdock, a student, spends an evening at a New Jersey club and drives home drunk. On a dark road she hits a bad bump. Later, noises in her garage lead her to a bleeding man, mangled and stuck on the jeep's bumper. She does not call 911. He attacks her, so she strikes him with a golf club and buries the body in a shallow grave near Clover Rd. The next day, her parents away for a weekend trip, she scrubs the blood from the jeep but leaves the dent. A suspicious cop at an auto shop scares her off.
