Plot summary
Samantha Blair is a single mother who walks away from her job to chase her dream of running an aerobics studio. Her studio is small, and it has to fight for its existence against a rival club run by an unscrupulous owner. The lead instructor at that club wants the same spot Samantha does: aerobics instructor on a local television fitness program.
