Plot summary
Diego Vasquez is a top pitcher for the New York Mets. In Game 7 of the World Series he froze. Hazel Miller is a publicist in New York City who is building her own business. Diego is also the person who broke her heart when they were in high school. Hazel is handed the task of repairing his image, and the assignment brings the two of them back together. It sends them to Ohio, to the hometown they both left behind, where each of them has to face what they walked away from. The job is her biggest challenge yet, professionally and personally.
