Plot summary
Rosco Frazer is a charming dodger, and Doug O'Riordan has just been released from prison, where he served time for sinking a yacht that had annoyed him. The two meet during a rough brawl in a roadhouse, then drive off in a truck, each believing the other is its trucker. A highway patrol stops them for speeding, and since they cannot show proper papers, the officers take them for truck-jackers. Rosco, a ventriloquist, gets them away. They head for the airport, hoping to hide in another state.
