Ghosthunters on Icy Trails (2015) on Netflix

Plot summary

Eleven-year-old Tom Thompson daydreams and fears plenty of things, most of all the dark, damp cellar under the family apartment. That is where he meets Hugo, a bright green ghost who drips slime and belongs to the category of Averagely Spooky Ghosts. Hugo means no harm, and Tom, who wants to help him, learns that an Ancient Ice Ghost has driven him out of his old house and taken it over. Unless Hugo returns to that haunt before the next full moon, he will vanish. Tom asks Hetty Cuminseed, a ghosthunter the Central Ghosthunting Institute has dismissed for refusing to work with colleagues, to take on the case. Hetty agrees to clear the house of the ice ghost, though her former employers will not lend a hand.
