Plot summary
Garret made his fortune as an internet entrepreneur, and he is married to Anne Winters, who has been a customer at Rags-to-Riches for years. Garret's body is discovered on a beach, and at first the death looks like a surfing accident. Anne does not believe it was an accident, and she asks Jennifer Shannon to examine what happened to Garret more closely.
