Plot summary
Earth-X is one of the many realities of the multiverse, and it differs from ours in one decisive way: the Nazis won the Second World War. A band of heroes called the Freedom Fighters fights the regime that rules their world, and their leader is a man known as The Ray. When The Ray is carried to our Earth to keep him alive, his powers move to his counterpart here, Ray Terrill, who has no idea what is happening to him. Charged with abilities he never asked for, Terrill takes up the name The Ray and learns what crime-fighting demands, with help from The Flash and Green Arrow. Overgirl and her Nazi forces hold Earth-X against the Freedom Fighters.
