Plot summary

A talisman found on the body of Tommy's sister Jenny leads Kai, Lu Xin and Tommy to Bangkok, where they search for whoever killed her. William Pan, a biotech billionaire, approaches them and asks them to bring him his twin sister, Ku An Qi, an underworld boss and a jiangshi who consumes vast quantities of qi to grow her supernatural powers and take over the world. William says that he and Ku descend from Pangu, the being who shaped the universe and whom the first Wu Assassin killed, and that Pangu's essence is held in two talismans, his own and the one Tommy found on Jenny. Together, he says, they can depower Ku. The three agree to help, joined by Tommy's friend Preeya.
