Plot summary
Riley Quinn is an analyst for the CIA until she exposes the wrongdoing of her own government. The whistleblowing costs her everything she has, and she is hunted rather than protected, so she leaves the United States and makes a new life in Colombia. For two years she keeps to herself there. Then Bill Donovan, an agent of the agency she once served, finds her with a proposal: a place on an international task force that has been set up to confiscate millions. Her name would be cleared in exchange for her help, and without that clearance she cannot go home. Riley takes the job.
