Plot summary
Deep under the surface lies Eden Log, a processing network that promised citizenship above ground to immigrant workers. Their job was collecting sap from a giant plant, and its vines and roots now run through the whole complex, which appears abandoned. The man who wakes there with no memory finds damaged technology and listens to a recording describing the site, while a creature trails him through the tunnels. The only way up runs through REZO ZERO, the secret observing cells built into the abandoned mine. A plant's roots guide his route, and that plant is what the REZO watches most closely.

Can contain spoilers, watch the movie first.
- Franck Vestiel had Eden Log's gray and blue multilevel set built with no apparatuses, dials or buttons, so audiences could not date the film by its technology and it would avoid the sterile look of other science fiction.
- Eden Log was shot entirely with hand-held cameras, in underground locations 60 feet below the surface and in a sewer.
