Plot summary
Steve Norris and his girlfriend Barbara Mathews are planning a bank robbery that needs a driver able to alter an engine and hold high speed over treacherous roads to get clear afterward. Eddie Shannon, a mechanic who also drives race cars, is the man they pick. Steve has Barbara bring Eddie into the scheme. Racing competitively in Europe is the dream the robbery's payoff would fund, and the money by itself would not be enough to persuade him. Barbara spends time with Eddie and works to win his agreement to join them. Eddie falls for her as they spend their time together.
