Plot summary
Mousy works in a laundry, where his bossy sister scolds him when he complains that the work never changes and tells him to wash the clothes the family way. He flips the garments with his hands and squeezes them dry between his index and middle fingers. Leung Foon is Mousy's close friend and an elder brother to him. White Tiger, a short-tempered criminal, is hiding from the police. He joins a theater troupe as cover, paints his face for the stage, and murders people who anger him or who guess what he is. Mousy is a coward, and White Tiger targets him again and again, yet each attempt fails because Mousy runs and hides.
