Mr Vampire Saga 4 (1988) on Netflix

Plot summary

A bespectacled Taoist priest known as Four-eyed Taoist lives in the countryside next door to Master Yat-yau, a Buddhist monk. Four-eyed objects to the monk as his neighbor, and the two quarrel and play tricks on one another, though Kar-lok, the Taoist's pupil, and Ching-ching, the monk's pupil, are on friendly terms. One day soldiers escort a coffin through the district, among them Taoist Crane, Four-eyed's junior, his four disciples, a young prince and the prince's bodyguards. Crane tells the two priests that a jiangshi, a hopping vampire, lies in the coffin, and that the convoy is bound for the capital, where the emperor is to inspect it. A thunderstorm that night washes the charms off the coffin.
