Plot summary
Lee Chan-Fu is a rich man whose wife wants him dead. She works with a black magician to do it and then arranges for his body to be buried face-down, so that he cannot return to haunt her. The cemetery where he is laid has a gravekeeper with a sideline: he supplies human skeletons to universities. Retrieving the buried corpse for that trade releases Lee's ghost from the grave.
