Dilemma (1997) on Netflix

Plot summary

Rudy Salazar went on a murderous rampage that Detective Quin of Los Angeles brought to an end. Now Salazar sits on death row. He offers the state a deal: his rare bone marrow for a young girl dying of leukemia, and in return the state commutes his death sentence to life without parole. Quin does not believe the act of mercy. Salazar is taken from the prison toward the hospital. Along the way he breaks free. Quin and his partner, Lydia Cantrell, are sent after him to bring him to justice one more time and to save the girl's life.
