Detektiv Downs (2013) on Netflix

Plot summary

Robert Bogerud is 28 and the only detective in his country with Down syndrome. He keeps his own office, wears a trench coat and a Bogart hat, and has been waiting for a first case. No client has ever come, and his father, a policeman, has no faith in him. One morning a mysterious lady visits the office: the skating legend Olav Stjernen is gone, and the family fears the worst. The family hires Robert, a choice with reasons of its own behind it. Robert takes the case and begins asking questions about the missing skater and about the household that hired him.
