Plot summary
Thomas is a quantum physicist who believes he is closing in on the breakthrough of the century: a proof that the multiverse exists. He is also a part-time parent to his son Aleksander, who longs for more time with him. The people closest to Thomas, Aleksander, his ex and his mother, try to draw him back toward home while the work takes all of his attention. As his goal comes within reach, versions of Thomas from parallel realities turn up and push him to look at the choices he has made. The mystery he cannot solve with physics is how to be a present father.
