Plot summary
Ten years ago the psychic Rebi Ra allowed himself to be possessed to gain the powers of evil, defeated the warrior Genichiro Izayoi and destroyed Shinjuku with a devastating earthquake, leaving the district a demon-haunted wilderness. Now Rebi Ra attacks the World President with cursed plants, a distraction aimed at keeping his old master, Aguni Rai, the president's protector, occupied. The president's daughter, Sayaka Rama, pleads with Genichiro's son Kyoya, who inherited his father's powers, though they are still latent. Kyoya follows her into Shinjuku, where the sorcerer is preparing the rite that would open the way for the demon realm.
