Plot summary
Eva Dandridge works as an inspector for the Los Angeles Health Department, a job that suits her bossy, exacting nature. Since their parents died, she has kept close watch over her sisters Kareenah, Bethany and Jacqui, and her opinions on their partners Tim, Mike and Darrell have worn the men down. At a bar, the three men complain about her until they run into Mike's old friend Ray Adams, who has a reputation for handling the most difficult women. They pay him to date Eva and persuade her to move away with him. Ray takes the assignment and meets her.
