Their long weekend plans come apart when Victoria and Marcus find they cannot leave the flat where they are staying in Brixton. The television has come to life and trapped them inside a program of its own invention, a made-up show that shares the name Deadly Nightshade. Victoria's hold on her own reality begins to slip as the program puts her through reruns, house guests she did not invite and demonic processions, all of it inside the haunted one-bed flat.
