Plot summary
I.S.A.A.C., short for Intuitive Synthetic Autonomous Assault Commando, was a death-row inmate before a secret program took him and rebuilt him through genetic work and training. His body now repairs itself, his mind outpaces an ordinary person's, and he is the project's first prototype. He leaves the facility where he was created. Deputy Lindsey Reardon is taken with him against her will and held as his hostage while he runs. Robotics engineer Simon Hart leads the military agents whose pursuit puts the deputy and the cyborg in jeopardy, and the group behind the program is constructing further super beings of the same kind.
