Plot summary
Scott is a high school student known among his classmates for his play on the soccer field, and he wants the sport to earn him an athletic scholarship. A leg injury puts his playing days in doubt. He has artistic talent as well, but he stays with soccer. His best friend Jules has romantic feelings for him, and he resists her advances so the friendship will not be ruined. Bess, a shy classmate who notices his artistic ability, is interested in him too. Jeffrey, another classmate, is drawn to Bess, who does not return his feelings as her obsession with Scott grows. A stalker whose identity is unknown then enters his life, behaving in disturbing ways.
