Plot summary
Two London sewage workers, Arthur and George, find a tunnel set into one of the walls, and Arthur goes in alone to explore it. George follows later and finds him hurt and in shock. Kate, a young German woman, sets out to meet a friend at a party and stops at Charing Cross Underground station, where she sleeps on the platform while she waits for a train. She wakes to a station shut for the night and boards a train that arrives with no passengers. It stops and the lights go out. Guy, a coworker who has followed her, appears and makes advances she keeps turning down.

- The plot of Creep has been compared to the 1972 film Death Line, which is also set on the London Underground and has a cannibalistic killer. Director Smith had not seen Death Line and says a London Underground scene in An American Werewolf in London inspired him.
