Crayon Shin-Chan: Crash! Rakuga Kingdom and Almost Four Heroes (2020) on Netflix

Plot summary

The floating kingdom of Rakuga runs on free scribbles, and the supply has shrunk as children turn to smartphones and tablets instead of drawing. With the kingdom close to ruin, the Rakuga army descends on Kasukabe, capturing children and forcing them to scribble. In the middle of it is Shinnosuke, a five-year-old who lives in the town with his family. As the drawings begin to move, the kingdom's hidden treasure, the Miracle Crayon, is bestowed on him, and he and the doodles that come to life form the Almost Four Heroes. Their task is to take Kasukabe back from the kingdom's army. A raincloud hangs overhead, threatening to break.
