Plot summary
Tiffany Williams has carried a crush on Brett Stevenson for a very long time, and she hopes the holidays will finally bring the two of them together. Instead she learns that Brett has a serious girlfriend, who seems perfect, and the news leaves her devastated. Peter Brooks is recently heartbroken and wants his former partner back. Tiffany and Peter strike a bargain: they will act as a couple in love, and each of them hopes the act will win back the affection of a soulmate. Hers is Brett, and his is the partner he is still getting over.
