Cleric (2014) on Netflix

Plot summary

Earth's push for planetary domination is fought by Heretics, genetically enhanced mutant warriors who are barred from setting foot on Earth. Those who break that rule are hunted down by Clerics, psi-enhanced women who can read the possible outcomes of events and shift reality toward the one that fits their objective. Samara, an enforcer of the Ministry of Control, is the most powerful Cleric of all, and years of fighting and killing have worn her down. She has retreated into drugs and alcohol. When the renegade Heretic Jah kills Gia, her former lover, Samara comes out of her self-imposed retirement.
