Plot summary
Tromaville's reactor was rebuilt, and the Nukamama Corporation that paid for the work put a new college inside the design, the Tromaville Institute of Technology, as an attempt to make up for what had happened before. Within the plant, Professor Holt has perfected subhumanoids, living creatures made without emotions and programmed to carry out menial jobs. These beings have a habit of breaking down in spontaneous meltdowns. Roger Smith, a reporter for the school paper, meets Victoria, a beautiful subhumanoid, and the two fall in love. Knowing what happens to her kind, Roger sets out to spare Victoria that end.
