Plot summary
Captain Randolph commands the cruise ship Regent Queen, where his daughter Jenny works as the fitness instructor. A run of thefts aboard brings Federal Marshal Lance Thompson on board to investigate. In the cargo hold sits a shipping container holding a Chupacabra, the creature the cryptozoologist Dr. Peña spent his career trying to capture and finally caught on a Caribbean island. He has smuggled the animal onto the ship, counting on the find to make his name among scientists back in the United States. During a break, curious crew members enter the hold and accidentally unlock the container, and the creature gets loose somewhere aboard.
