Christmas Coupon (2019) on Netflix

Plot summary

Alison Grant, a former figure skating champion, made her living by teaching children at a local rink. When her classes failed to draw enough students, her boss canceled them. Alison set up on her own at a friend's frozen pond, and she and her nieces passed out Christmas coupons to attract new pupils. One girl who joined brought her uncle to the lesson: Ivan Hall, a major league hockey player. Years earlier Ivan and Alison had been high school sweethearts, and he had left her when he got an offer to play professional hockey. At their reunion the two are cold with each other.
