Plot summary
A comedian's fourth solo stand-up special is recorded at DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C. In it he works through social, political and celebrity subjects. A companion album gathers recorded segments, among them a rap song performed with Lil' Jon, recurring Thug Radio pieces and Tip Your Hat to Whitey installments, and a skit that parodies a song from Outkast's Speakerboxxx/The Love Below. The album won the Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album.
