Plot summary
Inside the military sits a special forces unit that the public never sees, and Kirai heads it. Its assignment is an unauthorized lynching, and Sanders heads a group of magicians. The group keeps getting stronger while the unit works the case. Taiwan's standing in the world is what the film takes up, with a secret intelligence unit at its center, and how other countries see and act toward Taiwan becomes the plot.
