Plot summary
Sidhesh Sharma, known as Sidhu, cuts vegetables at a roadside food stall in Chandni Chowk, in Delhi. He visits astrologers, tarot readers and fake fakirs hoping to change his destiny, while his foster father, Dada, tells him to believe in himself. Two villagers arrive from Zhange, a Chinese village held under the tyranny of the smuggler Hojo, and declare Sidhu the reincarnation of Liu Sheng, the warrior in the tale of the Great Wall of China. Encouraged by a trickster called Chopstick, Sidhu pictures himself welcomed as a hero and sets out for China with the villagers. On the journey he meets Sakhi, an Indian-Chinese spokesmodel.

- Protests continued for several days even after the Nepali distributor cut the narration mentioning Buddha from copies shown in Nepal, and on 22 January Nepali cinemas stopped and banned screening the film.
