Toonpur Ka Superrhero (2010) on Netflix

Plot summary

Aditya is an actor whose roles have made him famous as a superhero, though doubles perform his stunts. At home in Mumbai with his wife Priya, their son Kabeer and their daughter, he keeps telling Kabeer that cartoons are not real. Kabeer, stung by this, calls his father a fake hero. Aditya leaves the house that night and is taken through underground tunnels and sewers by the cartoon characters his son watches. He wakes in Toonpur, an animated land at war, where the good cartoons, the Devtoons, greet him and ask him to fight Jagaro, the villain threatening their existence and their king, Tooneshwar. When one of them, Bolly, calls him a fake hero, Aditya agrees to take up the fight and prove himself a real one.
