Plot summary
Marcus Cutter and a band of mercenaries take the breastplate of Attila the Hun from a museum in Bucharest and escape by helicopter. The armor is said to point the way to the Sword of Mars, the weapon that made Attila invincible, and legend holds that a three-headed dog called Cerberus guards it. In New York, Dr. Samantha Gaines, the best student of the curator Professor Radu, organizes an exhibition and waits for the breastplate to arrive. Cutter's men abduct her brother Zach, because they need her to read the inscriptions on the armor; she works out where the sword is hidden.
