Cannibal (2013) on Netflix

Plot summary

Carlos is Granada's most prestigious tailor, a soft-spoken man whose days are work and eating. He also kills women in secret, following them carefully and taking them to a cabin in the mountains, where he cuts them up and carries a piece of the meat home to eat later. That routine holds until Alexandra appears and wants to start a relationship with him. After a quarrel with her boyfriend, she comes to his apartment and wants to report it to the police.
