Carancho (2010) on Netflix

Plot summary

Argentina records more than 8,000 traffic deaths a year, and insurance payouts and legal loopholes have turned that toll into an industry. Sosa, a lawyer who has been expelled from the bar association, works for a barely legal firm and tours hospital emergency departments and police stations, hunting for accident victims who might become clients. Luján is a young doctor newly arrived from the provinces, hoping to land a surgical internship. The two meet one night on the street, where she is fighting to keep a crash victim alive and he is trying to sign the man up. A romance grows between them, and Sosa tries to break with the firm, which will not release him.
