Plot summary
Gina Hayes is raising her young son Darin, and a shopping trip for a Halloween mask puts them in the middle of gunfire. A Japanese gunman is shooting at members of a rival bus operators' gang, and a bullet strikes the boy in the chest. Gina sees the blue tiger tattooed on the shooter's skin. From that day she is consumed by a desire for vengeance, and she has the same tiger etched into her own skin in red. The mark she saw on the gunman is what she holds onto as she begins looking for the man who carries it.
